Thank you for supporting our small Mama-run business and for recognizing the quality and value of handmade!

O R D E R  O P E N I N G S

  • Juni Bobble Blankets, Pillows and Loveys and Animal Minis are available to order in limited quantities. 
  • When order capacity has been reached on those items we close orders until the next shop opening. This is to help regulate workload and maintain our turn around time.
  • Bonnets and hats are open to order with larger quantities available.

T U R N A R O U N D  T I M E S

  • Blankets - 5 to 6 weeks
  • Pillows - 5 to 6 weeks
  • Animal Minis - 5 to 6 weeks
  • Teether Loveys - 4 weeks
  • Bonnets/Hats - 3 weeks
  • If you place an order for more than one item we will ship your items together when they are both finished.
  • Please note all items are handmade to order with lots of love and careful attention to detail — custom and handmade takes time!
  • Turnaround times do not including shipping time.

P R O D U C T  C A R E  &  S I Z I N G

  • We recommend that all items be hand washed cold and laid flat to dry.
  • Sizing for items can be found in the description of each listing.

S H I P P I N G  &  D E L I V E R Y  &  T R A C K I N G

  • All items are handmade and shipped from Colorado. Once packages leave our shop we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipments delivered to an incorrect address. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct and accurate when the order is placed.
  • All items will be shipped with tracking, with the exception of some international sales. Product tracking and shipping information can be found through your order information emailed to you after the time of purchase. Once an item has been shipped it is no longer the responsibility of Mama Made Minis, but rather the shipping provider. If your package does get lost, let us know and we will do everything we can to help.

  • Please reach out to mamamademinis@gmail.com to place an international order. All international orders are final sale and non-refundable. Recipient will be responsible for taxes or custom duties incurred and assumes all risks of international shipping process.

R E T U R N S / E X C H A N G E S

  • As every item is custom made to order we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can find a solution.
  • Each item is carefully inspected upon completion, but we always value your feedback so we can improve or keep doing something well. If you have a comment or question, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
