DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

  • Digital downloads of our patterns are non-refundable.
  • All patterns are delivered as a digital download. You will receive two emails from us: 1. An order confirmation + 2. Includes a link to download and save your PDF

PATTERN SKILL LEVELS

BASIC: Projects using basic stitches. May include basic increases and decreases. Also known as Beginner or Novice.

EASY: Projects may include simple stitch patterns, color work, and/or shaping. Also known as Advanced Beginner.

INTERMEDIATE: Projects may include involved stitch patterns, color work, and/or shaping. Also known as Advanced.

COMPLEX: Projects may include complex stitch patterns, color work, and or/shaping using a variety of techniques and stitches simultaneously. Also known as Experienced or Expert.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

  • Digital downloads of our patterns are non-refundable.
  • As every item is custom made to order we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can find a solution.
  • Each item is carefully inspected upon completion, but we always value your feedback so we can improve or keep doing something well. If you have a comment or question, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.

PRODUCT CARE + SIZING

  • We recommend that all items be hand washed cold and laid flat to dry.
  • Sizing for items can be found in the description of each listing.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY + TRACKING

  • All items are handmade and shipped from Colorado. Once packages leave our shop we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipments delivered to an incorrect address. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct and accurate when the order is placed.
  • All items will be shipped with tracking, with the exception of some international sales. Product tracking and shipping information can be found through your order information emailed to you after the time of purchase. Once an item has been shipped it is no longer the responsibility of Mama Made Minis, but rather the shipping provider. If your package does get lost, let us know and we will do everything we can to help.
