Triple Triceratops *Modifiction* for Bohasaurus + Tinysaurus

Meet Triple the Triceratops! One of our most requested designs since introducing our Dino knotted loveies has been more styles of Dinos. So we thought it would be fun to create a simple modification to turn the original Bohasaurus or Tinysaurus into a Triceratops. Keep scrolling for the free modification pattern or if you prefer a printable PDF click here or here for Etsy users.

Our original Bohasaurus and Tinysaurus patterns were inspired by our little Dino loving rainbow baby, Boh. In our family, we have a tradition of designating a“totem animal” for each new baby and Boh’s animal is a dinosaur. It was only fitting that we design an extra cuddly rainbow dinosaur (in our signature knotted lovey style) in his honor. Enter Bohasaurus — the fictitious dinosaur of our dreams.

If you already own a copy of our Bohasaurus or Tinysaurus patterns, there are only a few small changes you need to make to transform him into Triple the Triceratops. Below you will find the directions to modify your Dino knotted lovey by adding the frill and horns. In a few simple steps you will have a whole new buddy to add to your line up.

If you don’t already own our Bohasaurus and/or Tinysaurus knotted lovey patterns you can purchase the full pattern instructions on our website here or in our Etsy Shop here.

Begin by following the pattern directions to make up the head, body, tail and arms per the original Bohasaurus or Tinysaurus pattern. If you want to add spikes to your Triceratops' tail, you can also make up the tail spikes only as detailed in the original patterns.

When you have fully assembled your Bohasaurus or Tinysaurus knotted lovey follow the steps below to add his Frill and Horns to transform him into 'Triple':
